Service Description
Are you ready to say yes the perfect dress ? You can book your appointment online with us. How amazing is that? You can invite only two guest and you to your appointment. We required a $25 deposit payment to save the date. This payment must be done at the time you book your appointment with us. On the date of your appointment we give you a one hour consultation. If your exceed this hour , $1 per minute will be charge at the end of the appointment. If you find your dress within one hour and say yes to a dress with us . Your deposit payment can be use as part of a payment to your wedding dress. If you don’t find your dress within one hour consultation your $25 deposit will not be refunded but we will issue you a credit voucher of $25 that can be redeemable within one month in case you want to book a new appointment later or buy other service or product with us. Confirm your appointment 24 hour prior to avoid cancellation & no-show fees. If your appointment is not confirm 24 hours prior. This appointment will be cancel automatically and your $25 deposit will not be refundable or credit as a voucher to redeem later. It will not be refunded for any reason. If for any reason you need to cancel your appointment. If you make cancellation 24 hours prior. Your $25 deposit will be refunded back to you. If you make cancellation less than 24 hour prior , your $25 deposit payment will not be refundable. If you need to reschedule appointment 24 hour prior you will not be charge any fees. If you reschedule less then 24 hours prior your appointment . Reschedule fee is $10. If you confirm your appointment 24 hours prior and on the date of your appointment you do not show or call , your appointments will be cancel automatically and your deposit will not be refunded. To make new appointment your will have to pay a new deposit payment. ** Now you can add a Bottle of Champange to your appointment. 🥂 You can drink and enjoy your experience with your invites! If you want the bottle of Champange please choose the option of “Consultation + Champange” and you will have a bottle and cups ready for your appointment. **
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing STELA Bride for your bridal experience. To ensure every bride receives a personalized and enjoyable appointment, please review our consultation policies below before booking. • Bridal consultations are by appointment only and last up to 1 hour. • A non-refundable $25 consultation fee is required in advance to reserve your appointment. • The $25 consultation fee may be applied toward the purchase of your wedding dress. • If you do not purchase your dress during your appointment, your $25 will remain as: Credit toward a future bridal appointment, OR Store credit/voucher to use on any products in the boutique. • Brides may bring a maximum of 2 guests to the appointment. • Appointments must be confirmed at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. Failure to confirm will result in automatic cancellation of your appointment, and the $25 fee will not be refunded. • If you confirm your appointment and do not show up, the $25 fee will be forfeited and is non-refundable. • If you confirm your appointment and later decide to reschedule, a $10 rescheduling fee will apply. • Bridal consultations are limited to 1 hour. Additional time beyond the scheduled appointment will be charged at $1 per extra minute. This fee must be paid immediately at the end of the consultation. ADDITIONAL POLICIES • Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may reduce your consultation time to avoid affecting other scheduled brides. • Children are discouraged during bridal appointments to maintain a relaxing and focused experience. • Food and alcoholic beverages are not permitted during appointments. • Due to the delicate nature of bridal gowns, please avoid excessive makeup, self-tanner, body glitter, or products that may stain dresses. • Only the bride and STELA Bride staff may handle bridal gowns unless otherwise instructed. • Prices and gown availability are subject to change without notice. By booking your bridal consultation, you acknowledge and agree to all policies listed above.
